We will accept returns on items within 30 days of initial shipment. If more than 30 days have gone by since your initial shipment, please contact us explaining the reason for the desired return and decisions can be made on a case by case basis if the return will be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping cost are at the senders expense. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and you will be sent a notice of the credit. Any item deemed to be defective within 90 days of purchase, will be eligible for replacement. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
